Week 8 is different this year! We will have two new locations that will serve as drop-off and pick-up sites for our two new full-day camp programs: Across the Way Camp and Out & About Camp.
New locations—same trusted camp experience, with safety and care at the heart of everything we do.
Important Changes:

Join the cast of Wonka Kids! Roald Dahl’s Wonka KIDS follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, and a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka’s rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences.

It’s Raining Cats & Dogs! Join us for Raining Cats and Dogs! Camp and create art that is dog-gone funny, and fur-tastic! Whether you love purring kitties or barking dogs, each day will be a new animal adventure using different materials and supplies like canvas painting, mixed media, creative cardboard, clay, collage and more!

Space Wars Robotics:
Robotics inspired by Star Wars® and space travel! Come on an adventure, building and programming functional robots using LEGO® bricks in this super-fun program. Learn about space, space travel, and, of course, Star Wars®! Build different robots each day!
MAD Labs
Fizz, pop, ooze, and slime your way through chemistry! We put science skills to work exploring chemical reactions, the science of color, and candy experiments. Investigate with MAD LABS! Experiments include lava lamps, boo bubbles, fizz inflators, and slimeology.

Ninja Adventures LEGO®
Every kid wishes he or she could be a ninja! The goal of Snapology’s Ninjas program is to teach students about the history, culture, skills, and tactics of ninja warriors. Students will learn about shinobi through a variety of LEGO® brick activities, games, and projects! From translating their name to Japanese to learning about the importance of strength, concentration, and agility through physical challenges, students are bound to have a blast!

Step into a world of strategy, creativity, and fun! In this engaging enrichment course, students explore classic and modern board games while developing critical thinking, social skills, and mathematical reasoning. Each session combines structured gameplay with thoughtful reflection, helping students understand game mechanics, practice good sportsmanship, and build lasting friendships.

Students will learn how to use a variety of art tools, materials and mediums, including acrylics, watercolor, mosaic, collage and sculpture using recycled items. Children will explore at their own pace in an open ended, exploratory setting with the assistance of their teachers – Emma and Sophia. Advanced Drawing – Anime
In this advanced drawing class designed especially for older kids, we’ll explore the exciting world of Anime!Artists will fine-tune their drawing skills as they master techniques and draw popular characters like Egg Gudetame (Lazy Egg Yolk), Totoro, and more! We’ll even paint our own anime-style self-portraits on real canvas
boards. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to fine-tune their drawing skills.

Ready for a class that will bring your love of movies to life? Get ready to create miniature version of SpongeBob’s Bikini Bottom, unleash your creativity as you make a clay Spider-Man, and sharpen your drawing skills with some help from everyone’s favorite snowman, Olaf! This is a place where movie-loving kids come together to have fun, get crafty, and express themselves in all the most awesome ways. So, grab your popcorn and your sense of adventure – we’ll see you at class! Please pack a nut-free snack and drink for your child each day.

In this week-long woodworking intensive, you will learn the following and more!
- The safety and use of the miter saw, jointer, planer, table saw, router, bandsaw and drill press.
- Selection of joinery and wood movement.
- Joinery methods that range from simple to more complex like dovetails, mortise and tenon, and dados and rabbets.
- Panel building, sanding, and finishing techniques.
This class focuses on advancing your woodworking skills by using lecture as well as hands on activities to build a solid foundation of skills for all your future woodworking adventures. The basic intensive is perfect for true beginners as well as those wanting to refresh their skills.. You will begin by gaining hands-on experience with the safety and use of all the major power tools. Design, wood movement and joinery techniques will be discussed throughout the week. Each student will have extensive hands-on experiences that will lead to the construction of a custom table. You will be able to customize your table and make it unique to you. The goal is to complete the table (without finishing). After completion of this class, you will be well on your way to becoming a quality craftsperson!

Instructor: Colorado Mountain School
Tucked below the Sangre De Cristo mountains of Southern Colorado resides a unique sanctuary called Mission:Wolf that hosts a group of 40 wolves born into captivity. Wild wolves were once abundant in Colorado, playing an important role in the health of the ecosystem, but today there are fewer than 4,000 wild wolves in the lower 48 states. This action-packed program combines low-impact camping at Mission:Wolf, teamwork, communication, survival and animal tracking skills, as well as the completion of Action Projects to help care for the wolves and their habitat. (Students leave Monday and return Friday.)
